Role Overview:
The Sales Executive role is crucial in managing and nurturing inbound leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. If you're someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys engaging with clients to understand their needs, this role is a perfect fit for you. We're looking for candidates who are excellent listeners, with the ability to manage incoming enquiries and convert them into opportunities, without the emphasis on lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Lead Qualification & Journey Management: Handle and manage inbound leads, ensuring clients receive exceptional service at every stage of their journey.
* Consultative Sales Approach: Focus on listening to client needs and providing tailored solutions, rather than generating leads from scratch.
* Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing consultative advice and ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of client requests and deliverables.
* Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage data in CRM systems, and support team efforts to meet business objectives.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a consultative sales environment (experience in inbound sales or customer service is highly valued).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to listen and understand client needs.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Previous sales experience in a similar role (experience in exhibitions, events, or related industries is a plus, but not required).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Base Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience).
