The Role
This role is focused on generating sales and revenue through effective portfolio management, upselling and promoting a wide range of products. The successful candidate will be handling both outbound and inbound customer calls, processing orders accurately, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow your own portfolio of customers
Drive revenue and profit through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling
Accurately process customer orders and resolve queries efficiently
Update product listings on the website and ordering app
Ensure all customer interactions are documented in line with company procedures
Promote new and existing products to support sales campaigns
Act as a key liaison between customers, delivery teams and the distribution centre
Provide administrative and sales support to wider teams
