BlueArrow are looking for a chirpy chef with experience in kitchen managment to join this friendly team in a high-security building.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28k (room for movement for the right candidate - speak to Jaz)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Our client is seeking an experienced Head Chef who can inspire and develop a dedicated team, while crafting delicious, hearty British classics for hardworking staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
* Manage and train a team of 4 General Assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Cook breakfast and lunch, adhering to our new 3-week rotating menu while adding your own creative flair.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate administrative records.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative catering solutions.
* Motivate and Lead: Inspire and manage a team of kitchen staff, including four General Assistants, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
* Work alongisde Catering Manager to manage budgets and financial expectations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating hearty British classics like pies, pasties, and more.
* Ability to motivate and develop staff, ensuring a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients.
