Job Description
* Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
* Salary from £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
* An additional share of service charge and tips paid every month
* Responsible for the preparation and service
* Working with the Executive Head Chef to create menus
* Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
* Assisting in the training of new kitchen staff
* Strictly following and maintaining all food safety and health and safety procedures
* Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
* Ability to work unsurprised and using own initiative
Qualifications
* A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food
* Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above
* Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure
* Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills
* Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
