Subscription Sales and Support Executive
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience
Opportunity to increase this to £30,000 based on OTE (on target earnings)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00
Break: 1-hour lunch, unpaid
Work model: Fully onsite through probation; flexibility for some remote work

Purpose of the Role:
Working closely alongside your Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management and growth opportunities of the online Health and Safety Executive (HSE) software tools.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Sales experience within a publishing or digital service environment
* Experience of selling publications or digital services internationally
* Understanding of the current HSE Software Tools product and its customer base
* Identify and develop targeted marketing
* Grow the direct customer base for HSE Software Tools
* Identify opportunities for marketing to industry bodies to generate sales leads
* Manage each subscriber to ensure renewals
* Be highly motivated and goal orientated
* Capable of succeeding in a challenging and competitive environment
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Sales experience with online products is desirable
* Driven and motivated attitude, wanting to support your team members and push for success
* Willing and eager to learn within this unique and specialist business area
* Confident manner with ability to communicate at all levels
* Highly organised with good administrative skills
