Our clients operate this busy, High quality casual fine dining restaurant in Harrogate town centre & are looking to recruit an innovative, creative, and passionate Head Chef to oversee the team of 6 talented chefs in thievery well looked after kitchen
Serving a Casual fine dining menu in a relaxed setting, you will be responsible for creating exciting new menus on a regular basis, including one off event menus.
The Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Experienced head chef with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, able to show drive and creative flair.
* Experience in menu development & costings.
* A good understanding of P&L accounts, stocks, compliance and KPI’s
* Self-driven and proven leadership skills
* Experience in developing and training staff.
