Overview: You will deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and respect. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance via voice, chat, and email.
* Address challenges in a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and develop solutions.
* Engage in problem-solving to prioritize customer interests and satisfaction.
* Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance customer engagement.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written forms.
Role Requirements:
* Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).
* Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.
* Adaptability to changes in processes and information.
* Willingness to undergo a background screening.
* Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
* Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
