With a vacancy in our main kitchen, leading our breakfast team to provide a tasty and well prepared breakfast to meet our 5 star standards whilst directing chefs to achieve this. Responsible for looking after the team in your designated area of the kitchen; you will have an unwavering passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a team effectively. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef you will ensure every effort is made to control costs, maximise productivity and achieve pre-determined profits within your area of responsibility. Salary This a full- time permanent 40 hour role including evenings and weekends, with a salary of £36,000.00.
