If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you. There really is something for everyone here.
With that in mind we’re looking for a Property Service Desk Analyst on a 6 month contract to help us as we do so.
Are you a customer-focused problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want YOU to be the first line of support for property-related issues across our organisation.
If so, then read on.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As the first point of contact for property-related issues, you’ll handle queries from colleagues and suppliers. Your role will involve triaging and resolving issues where possible, ensuring minimal disruption, and escalating when necessary.
You’ll be responsible for raising and managing jobs with third-party contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with our policies. Keeping accurate records and updating our database will be key to ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across teams.
By analysing recurring issues and identifying root causes, you’ll play a vital role in driving continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape proactive solutions that reduce future disruptions and improve service delivery.
Above all, you’ll deliver an outstanding helpdesk experience, ensuring that every query is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a strong customer focus.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience in a customer-facing or helpdesk environment, where you’ve handled a high volume of queries while maintaining a friendly and professional approach. You’ll be comfortable communicating across multiple channels, including phone and email, ensuring that all queries are dealt with efficiently.
You should have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, and Word, as these will be essential for logging, tracking, and resolving property-related issues. Attention to detail is key, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing workflows.
Excellent communication skills are a must—you’ll be speaking with colleagues at all levels, from frontline staff to senior management, as well as third-party suppliers. You’ll need to explain technical information in a clear and concise way while keeping stakeholders updated on job progress.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll need to be calm under pressure and capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Prioritisation will be crucial, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly while maintaining a structured and organised approach to all incoming queries.
You should also be confident working with third-party suppliers, raising jobs, tracking progress, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.
We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We want people who show up and get involved. Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care. Is that you?
