THE SOUS CHEF ROLE
Working in a dark kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes for delivery and takeaway customers. Your role will include:
Cooking fresh dishes to high standards for large order volumes
Ensuring consistency in presentation and taste
Working efficiently during peak delivery times
Supporting other chefs and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-paced kitchen
Strong knife skills and food preparation expertise
