THE SOUS CHEF ROLE
Responsibilities
Working in a dark kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes for delivery and takeaway customers. Your role will include:
* Cooking fresh dishes to high standards for large order volumes
* Ensuring consistency in presentation and taste
* Working efficiently during peak delivery times
* Supporting other chefs and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
