MSX International is looking for a Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor to join our busy team at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon.
The Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will engage and support the Connected Car workforce that drives a ‘Best in Class’ global service, by assisting the Global network with escalated incidents.
The Role
In this role, the Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will be serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, or email.
As part of this role, the Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will:
* Oversee Global markets such as the UK and the USA.
* Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
* Record events and problems and their resolutions in a ticketing system.
* Liaise with clients; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams.
* Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.
* Generate and distribute reports to key stakeholders.
* Drive customer loyalty and retention through accurate incident management.
* Identify issues through analyzing the team’s data.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communication skills.
Our ideal Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will also have:
* Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.
