Huntswood is looking for Fraud Dispute Complaint Handlers with fraud disputes or general banking experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have complaint handling experience, general banking experience or fraud experience then we have a great role for you.
Start Date: 25th November 2024
Day Rate: £140 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from Home
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:
4. Experience working on a general banking complaint handling project is essential
5. Experience dealing with fraud disputes would beneficial
6. Ability to communicate with customers over the telephone and in writing
7. Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
12. Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
