Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Louth or North Killingholme for a Head Chef & Sous Chef. The Head & Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, developing menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The role also involves creating new dishes, maintaining inventory, and adhering to food safety standards.
