This funky contemporary fresh food bar kitchen operation is looking for an experienced Head Chef to help take the team and food business forward. Role & Responsibilities: Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and achieve GP targets Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules Skills/Experience: Three years minimum of Head Chef experience Extensive food knowledge Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Critical thinker and problem solver Good Financial management skills Top communication & real people skills Benefits: Staff Discount Training and Development opportunities AMRT1_UKCT
