Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Aftersales Executive at CNC World Limited. The Aftersales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing maintenance agreements while identifying new business opportunities. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business, respond to enquiries and concerns, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to streamline the aftersales process.
Additionally, whilst the ideal candidate will provide post-sales support, they will also contribute to business growth through strategic sales initiatives, and work closely with the Sales Manager to capitalise on new sales opportunities while promoting other services within the company.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in aftersales, sales, or account management.
* Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Experience in the CNC or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
