What You’ll Do: Lead with confidence : You’ll head up the kitchen, working closely with your Sous Chef to build and inspire a positive, engaged team. Develop your team : We’re passionate about “growing our own,” and you’ll play a key role in mentoring and coaching your chefs, helping them progress in their careers. Set the standard : From menu development to food safety, you’ll ensure top-notch quality and compliance across the board, keeping our 5-star food hygiene rating intact. Be the go-to problem solver : You’ll manage stock, control margins, and ensure smooth kitchen operations, all while making sure your team delivers delicious food with consistency. Get creative : Take part in our quarterly cook-offs, bringing your ideas (and your team’s) to the table for our evolving menu. Who We’re Looking For: A true foodie : First and foremost, you’ve got to love great food—and have the skills to back it up. A natural leader : You’re confident in making decisions and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment. You know how to motivate your team and keep them on top of their game. An inspiring mentor : You believe in the importance of development and will be dedicated to coaching and growing your team. Experienced : With at least 2 years’ experience at Sous Chef level in a fresh food setting, you’re well-versed in managing kitchen operations.
