Are you a passionate and creative drama teacher looking for a new challenge? Join our co-educational secondary school in Newham as a Drama Teacher and inspire students with your love for the performing arts.
Drama Teacher Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons for students across various year groups.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels confident to express themselves.
Organize and direct school plays and drama productions.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the learning experience.
Drama Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of drama and the performing arts curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Candidate must have the ability to teach Drama at KS3 and KS4/KS5
The Candidate needs to have some level of experience in teaching BTEC
