What will I be doing?
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
2. Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
3. Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.
