Customer Support Based in a Sidcup office Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Our client based in Sidcup, is looing for an customer support handler to join their fast paced, fun loving team This role will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to join a rapidly growing, fun, young company with a great working atmosphere The purpose of this role is to provide timely, accurate and effective communication to the companies clients and colleagues and to organise planned and responsive works to meet the clients’ needs. Key Duties: Handling calls; confidently and politely establishing the reason for the call and gaining all information needed to take relevant action. Working independently to decide the response needed for a range of circumstances that meets the clients’ needs. Effectively representing the company through email and telephone communication. Giving basic instructions to assist clients with technical issues. Accurately maintaining the client database, ensuring all detail is recorded and client files contain all documents needed. Booking engineer jobs through the client database, providing detailed information about the scope of works. Reviewing completed engineer job-sheets, communicating with engineers for further information and organising further action where necessary. Providing invoices to clients and chasing for payment. Taking responsibility for key accounts as requested. The client is ideally looking for candidates with experience working within a fast paced environment with experience handling calls and liaising with customers and clients.
