Beaverbrook Town House is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead a team committed to delivering the highest standards of guest and member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong Food & Beverage background. You will ensure operational excellence across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Events, while fostering a collaborative, cost-conscious, and proactive working environment.
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus Tronc

* Confident decision-maker with a focus on guest experience and service excellence.
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury property is essential.
* Able to juggle front-facing responsibilities while maintaining a focus on proactive planning and operational demands.
