Ennov is seeking sales representatives to strengthen its team in Europe. Reporting to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris, you will be responsible for selling our RIM (Regulatory Information Management) solutions to clients located in Europe. Your Profile – Skills and Required Experience: You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences field. You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Role and Responsibilities Prospection: Carry out prospecting activities. Participate in pre-sales activities: manage appointments, conduct presentations, and draft meeting reports. Attend promotional events and user group meetings. Present the product catalog to prospects and clients. Managing Commercial Aspects Between Prospects/Clients and the Company: Prepare quotes and respond to needs within the limits of Ennov Group's available offerings. Conduct negotiations for commercial contracts. Finalise sales. Record all interactions with prospects and clients in shared tools and keep these records updated. Client Relationship Management: Oversee conflict resolution. Ensure the sustainability of client relationships. Prepare and promptly hand over files to post-sales teams in accordance with current guidelines. Submit regular activity reports to the Sales and Marketing Management, following the established procedures. Keep the CRM system updated. Report difficulties with managed accounts well before an open crisis arises. Provide suggestions for improving the developed applications. Actively contribute to quality assurance efforts. Contribution to Client Satisfaction: Ensure clear, complete, and compliant contracts aligned with Ennov Group's offerings. Possibility for full remote in the UK.
