Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef located in Hartland. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in the daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation, ensuring high-quality and consistent cuisine, and overseeing kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting in staff training and development.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in culinary arts, including food preparation, menu planning, and recipe development
* Strong management skills, including team leadership, staff training, and kitchen operations coordination
* Knowledge and application of health and safety standards and food safety regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
* Formal culinary education or equivalent experience is preferred
