We’re looking for a high-energy, target-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a golden opportunity to sell attendance to premium financial events, engage with senior decision-makers, and earn significant commission in the process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Selling delegate passes for high-profile banking and finance events (4-5 key events per year).
2. Building and managing relationships with senior-level executives in financial services.
3. Identifying and reaching out to potential attendees through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
4. Understanding client needs and positioning FT Live’s events as a must-attend experience.
5. Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
6. Collaborating with marketing and sponsorship teams to drive overall event success.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1-3 years of experience in delegate sales, event sales, B2B sales, or conference sales.
2. Strong new business development and lead generation skills.
3. Confident in engaging with C-suite and senior executives over the phone and via email.
4. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient—able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
5. Experience selling within finance, banking, fintech, or professional services (preferred).
