I have added a few more details below: Assist customers with requests and incidents remotely, using technologies such as Microsoft 10, Office 365, and Windows Server 2019/2022. Support the main Service Desk Team and prioritise tickets efficiently. Handle escalated service requests and keep clients informed of progress. Monitor clients IT systems via monitoring software and escalate issues as needed. Requirements Positive attitude and good communication skills. Ability to work well in a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in IT helpdesk support, with knowledge of Microsoft platforms and other IT systems.
