Preferred Requirements:
* Experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally from a high-volume environment
* Strong financial understanding of labour controls and proven expertise in stock control
* Ability to lead from the front and drive your team to new heights
* Passion for developing your team and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
* Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional standards of food quality and guest experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
* Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
