We are Authorised Distributors for Renault Trucks and Isuzu Truck offering the full range of Commercial Vehicles to suit all applications from 2.8 to 44 Tons. Based at Fradley Park, Lichfield and Fenton Stoke on Trent. We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful Group Sales Team and further develop the growth in sales we are currently achieving.
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be pivotal for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and providing cost-effective and efficient transport solutions. Selling New and Used Vehicles on a range of acquisition methods including finance, leasing, Contract Hire and Rental, you will also have the opportunity to showcase our added value After Sales Services support ultimately providing an all-round outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate and manage new vehicle sales leads through networking, referrals and marketing activities.
* Promote stock and pipeline using marketing strategies ensuring all customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories and other value after sales added products.
* Identify opportunities and areas of improvement, proactively sharing insights to enhance customer experience to achieve company collective goals.
* Develop long-lasting customer relationships, effectively understanding their current and future requirements ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
* Produce accurate and qualified Customer Quotations and Technical Information on a timely basis ensuring quotations include full details and costing of relevant Soft Offers appropriate to proposals.
* Ensure operational and sale-related information is communicated to all other colleagues in Sales and After Sales Support, thus maintaining customer satisfaction and confidence.
* Attend manufacturer and other training programmes to gain knowledge of our manufacturers vehicles, stay updated on market/industry trends and competitor offerings.
What you will need:
* Fantastic people skills with the ability to build rapport within a customer facing environment.
* Ability to multitask enabling you to efficiently manage multiple leads and clients.
* Passionate about our customers satisfaction and their trust in our brand.
* Previous Sales experience – commercial vehicle, Contract Hire and Rental Sales is advantageous but if you have the enthusiasm we can support with the rest!
* Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and demonstrate proactive problem solving.
