White Label is excited to be recruiting for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established engineering business. The company specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke steelwork solutions. With a growing order book and a commitment to innovation, they serve a range of sectors, including highly regulated industries such as nuclear.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated individual to join a successful and growing team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Package details:
1. A competitive base salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive:
1. Identify new customers and market opportunities that align with the company's five-year strategic goals.
2. Generate targeted enquiries in key market sectors, focusing on growth areas.
3. Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
4. Provide regular feedback to Directors regarding company performance and market visibility.
5. Review and advise on proposed client specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
6. Attend client pre-tender meetings and initial site visits to establish project requirements.
7. Assist in preparing handover documentation for the Commercial and Project Teams.
About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
1. Proven sales experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector, with knowledge of steelwork highly desirable.
2. Strong understanding of MOD or nuclear industries is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
4. Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to site locations as required.
6. Willingness to attend networking events and occasional overnight stays.
