Role purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to play a pivotal role in our multi-year global finance transformation, enabled by Oracle Cloud. You will lead a team of training professionals in designing, and developing effective training materials that empower our global finance teams to successfully adopt and utilise the new processes and systems. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead, manage, and coach a team of training developers. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the overall Polaris programme objectives. Manage a third party systems Integrator (SI) to minimize risk and ensure training is developed as expected Set up BAU capability to manage training after the SI is engagement is complete Training Design & Development Oversee the design and development of engaging and interactive persona-based training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, and videos. Oversee the development of the Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Set up and manage Oracle Guided Learning Ensure the application of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices in all training materials. Establish and maintain a repository of training materials and resources. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programmes. Collect and analyse feedback from training participants and stakeholders. Continuously improve training programmes and materials based on feedback and evolving business requirements. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Polaris programme and global finance teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on training progress, risks and issues. Skills & capabilities Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of training professionals including third party organisations. Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Flutter’s goals. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and other multimedia development software. Experience of implementing a digital adoption platform for example Oracle Guided Learning Experience with Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, EPM) is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a training management or leadership role, preferably within a large, multinational organisation. Experience of working on Finance Transformation Programmes Relevant professional certifications in training development (e.g., CPLP) are a plus but not compulsory. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programmes for finance or technology-related initiatives. Measure of Success Successful implementation of a comprehensive training strategy that supports the Polaris programme and global finance transformation goals. High levels of user satisfaction with training programmes and materials. Increased user adoption and proficiency in the Oracle Cloud system. Positive impact on overall finance transformation goals and objectives. Development and growth of a high-performing training team.
