About the Role
* Stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the local community to drive footfall.
* Managing the service charge budget and driving ESG initiatives.
* Create, and oversee the delivery of the operational budget, continuously looking to improve outcomes for all stakeholders.
* Create a welcoming and engaging environment to ensure the commercial success of the centre.
