Description
Vines have an exciting opportunity to join the MINI Sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive. Our Trainees undergo an intensive training period in order to progress through to a fully fledged sales executive within your first year. You will be given all the tools and support required in order for you to reach your full potential.
Our Sales Executives work over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work life balance, the team doesn't work on Sundays and you will have a fixed day off in the week.
Salary: £28,571 plus £100 per car sold whilst in your training period.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.
You will also be responsible for:
* Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products while always maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
* Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins.
* Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up-to-date and accurate records.
* Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
* Providing exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
* Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention.

As a business, we are extremely passionate about progression and development, so previous automotive sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential. You might come from a general sales, retail, or customer service background, but have the drive to achieve and succeed.
