We are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join a B2B energy supplier in their Bury office to cover maternity leave for 18 months.
This role has a salary of £35-37.5k.

Responsibilities
* Supporting managers with the recruitment process and full onboarding.
* Employee Relations – Supporting management with concerns/issues that arise and full process.
* Performance Management – Assisting and identifying training needs for team members.
* HR Operations – Keeping the HR System up to date and generating reports for analyzing data, trends, and supporting decision making.
* Benefits Administration – Processing benefits program changes and enrolment.
* Compliance and Policy Management – Supporting the business with any changes in legal requirements.
Requirements
* Experienced HR Generalist
* CIPD qualified minimum L5
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Available for an 18 month contract
* Able to multitask and prioritize within a challenging environment
* Flexible approach to work
