MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a expanding Premium Beverage Wholesaler in search of an On-Trade Regional Sales Executive. This is a permanent role based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive regional profitability and meet UK business targets. Build and manage a robust business pipeline through new customer acquisition and effective account management. Identify and engage with potential on-trade customers such as bars, restaurants, and hotels. Create impactful sales pitches, lead negotiations, and secure customer contracts. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction. Network with brand owners and distributor sales teams to build market intelligence and awareness. Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about the on-trade sector. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high level of customer service. What are we looking for? Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in the on-trade sector. Strong knowledge of the South West hospitality scene with a network of contacts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Proficient in CRM software and relevant sales tools. Willingness to travel as required.
