The Job Role:
* A Sous Chef to work within a busy quality Restaurant with Rooms.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet brand and customer expectations.
* Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, staff development, and a positive working environment.
* Create and innovate seasonal menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients while aligning with the gastropub's culinary style.
The Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a busy environment.
* Experience with managing teams is a must.
* You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food.
* The successful Sous Chef will have worked with 2AA rosettes as a minimum, preferably 3AA rosettes or higher.
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must.
* Must come from a quality fine dining background.
