As our Property Recruitment Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading the Property Recruitment Team to drive the conversion of enquiries (both inbound and outbound) into appointments, along with managing the daily operations of a successful sales team.
In your daily role, you are likely to be involved in:
1. Ensuring leads are continuously optimized with appropriate SLAs to increase conversion rates;
2. Managing a team within the Property Recruitment Team, overseeing their targets, KPIs, SLAs, and objectives;
3. Reviewing data to ensure the quality of leads and appointments;
4. Supporting training and development within the team;
5. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies through process and system changes;
6. Demonstrating inclusive behaviors and leadership aligned with Travel Chapter’s values;
7. Providing organizational, planning, and management support to the Head of Inside Sales;
8. Collaborating with other managers to ensure procedures and processes are up to date and identifying areas for improvement;
9. Ensuring SLAs are met within the PRT and reviewing them regularly for improvements;
10. Supporting inbound enquiries to maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, including self-generation efforts.

Ideally, we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in driving sales growth through best practice processes and training;
* Working knowledge of at least one of the following: Power BI, Pricing Calculator, Salesforce, AWS;
* Demonstrated ability to multitask with attention to detail, organization, and time management skills;
* Outstanding communication and influencing skills;
* Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets;
* Resourcefulness in problem-solving and initiative to learn new skills.
