Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team here at S Dooey and Co in Dunloy, Co. Antrim. This role is full time/permanent - 39 hours per week, working for a very long established, uPVC and aluminium windows and doors company. This is a mixture of a field-based sales and office-based role. The role of a Sales Executive is pivotal within our company. We are seeking to hire someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who also has a positive, motivated, can-do attitude. We are a family run business that has been serving the window and door industry for many years. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities Handling our whole sales journey, from a customers initial enquiry right through to sorting and designing their unique window/door order Presenting our products (windows and doors) to customers in our showroom and on site, and helping customers decide which options they would like to go for, and which products would best suit their needs, wants and pricepoint Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns Inputting window and door designs into our software, for your own clients designs Calculating and preparing quotes to an exceptional standard Achieving and exceeding sales targets Closing and securing business Necessary Criteria: The suitable candidate must be: I.T literate, and confident working with Microsoft Software Word and Excel Possess 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) Possess a full UK Drivers License Experience in the construction industry desirable, but not essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Superb communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated team player The ability to perform in a dynamic and pressurised environment Benefits: Desirable pension scheme Onsite parking Competitive base salary of £28,000 plus commission based on achieving sales targets.
