Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus, INEOS and Polestar across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Volvo Romford team.
What you will do:
Our Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of sales to our customers, including finance, insurance, warranties, and any other additional products. Our Sales Executive will act as Endeavour's front brand advocate, supporting our mission by using their creativity and drive to assist in the development of memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.
Who you are:
The Sales Executive we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer-centric, creative, and results-driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and a passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following:
* At least 1 year's sales experience within the automotive industry
* Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
