Looking for a Complaints Handler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in West Lancashire
Offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 + benefits
* Your role will be to liaise with tenants regarding repairs, update on progress and make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procures.
* Be responsible for taking ownership and managing complaints through to resolution in line with policy
* Ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area and complaints received in accordance with policy and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar role handling complaints or Social Housing repairs
* Able to handle complaints effectively
* Are an excellent communicator, comfortable with email and telephone conversations
* Able to work in the office 8-5 mon - fri
