Location: Central Production Unit, EC1N
Rate of pay: £35,000.00 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities:
1. Produce food that is seasonal, of known provenance, and locally sourced in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers.
2. Overall responsibility in Head Chef’s absence for managing the kitchen team, ensuring all are aware of CH&CO standards and carry out their jobs in line with those standards.
3. Understand and comply with CH&CO and statutory health, hygiene, and safety quality standards including COSHH and HACCP, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with these standards by all members of the kitchen team.
4. Maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant site.
