About the position
* Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
* Implement a 5* service strategy
* Manage and lead a team effectively
* Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long:term strategic plan
* Work closely with the owners
The successful candidate
* Experienced manager from hotels a must
* Room and revenue management experience
* Budgeting and P and L experience
* Excellent leadership skills
* Exceptional communication skills and a hands:on operational approach
