We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team. SC Clearance required Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to resolve IT-related issue for employees and clients. Manage and track incidents and service requests throughout IT Service Management system. Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Keep software licenses up-to-date and manage the IT portfolio. Provide training and support to users on new systems and software. Skills: Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks Proficiency in using IT Service management tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
