Role overview The Eleven Sales Academy is a 6-month intensive program designed to fast-track your development. You’ll get real-time coaching, hands-on sales experience, and access to all the tools you need to thrive in the world of B2B sports partnerships. Your journey will start with comprehensive in-house training, followed by a structured career path: Academy Sales > Sales Executive > Senior Sales > Partnerships Manager Who we’re looking for Ambitious & Self-Motivated – You’re driven, eager to make an impact, and hungry to learn and grow. Goal-Oriented & Motivated – You enjoy working towards targets, take pride in your achievements, and always push to improve. Strong Communicator & Connector – You build great relationships, understand different perspectives, and help businesses succeed. Process & Data-Driven – You follow a structured approach and use insights to maximise your success. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools, you understand the importance of data in driving performance. No experience? No problem. While previous outbound B2B sales experience (up to 12 months) is a plus, it’s not essential. What matters most is your drive, mindset, and willingness to learn. Competitive base salary – Starting at £25,000, increasing to £27,000 after probation and £30,000 after 12 months, plus uncapped commission (OTE £50-75K).
