Job Description Get Golfing CIO is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Ansty Golf Club. As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food services for events and functions, alongside our daily casual dining trade. Key Responsibilities Work with group chef to execute seasonal menu's Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards. Coordinate with our management team to understand the catering requirements. Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Stock control and delivery procedures Requirements Requirements Would suit someone with previous catering experience in a cafe/school/care home kitchen environment. Passion for food. Ability to work well alone and as part of team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Food hygiene level 2 certificate A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
