48 hours a week with two days off together.

What you’ll be doing as Roving Head Chef?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is
key. As one of our Roving Head Chefs, you will travel around our food
pubs supporting the teams to deliver excellent food standards. Our pubs are
located around the North West of England including Greater Manchester,
Cheshire, the Wirral and Wrexham. You'll be working with quality fresh
ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive
environment. You will be an experienced leader and mentor to the team who
is passionate about their training and continued development.
Supporting the kitchen teams, you will;
* produce
best in class gastro pub food to delight our guests
* implement
health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating
* achieve
GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs
With recent senior kitchen experience, in a fresh food
