Position Summary This role is an addition to the continued growth of Techbuyer’s expansion across the UK and organic growth of the End User division. As a UK Sales Executive based you will work under the Head of End User Sales to help increase business with Techbuyer’s customers and prospects. The role is a mix of existing accounts and new business. You will be tasked with understanding the full Information Technology needs of each end user, building peer-to-peer relationships across the customers and prospects, and correctly positioning the whole portfolio of Techbuyer’s services and solutions. You will be expected to fulfil the customer's requirements whilst identifying up & cross-sell using Techbuyer’s full products and services portfolio. Although refurbished is typically the key focus within the End User team, you should also serve the customer if they require/the best fit is a new solution. Ultimately you are responsible for delivering the right solution for the customer for both new and refurbished solutions, all whilst maintaining the highest level of service excellence throughout your customers experience. In return this should enable you to meet your monthly and yearly sales targets. Role & Responsibilities · You are responsible for managing end-user opportunities and prospects. · Develop solid and strategic relationships with key decision makers, influencers and IT departments within your prospects, customers or generated leads. · Develop your skills to understand all the products and services Techbuyer has to offer. · Identify up-sell & cross-sell opportunities within your customer/prospect base. · Work with all internal Techbuyer teams. This will include lead generation, including marketing, operations, customer service, projects, enterprise, accounts and technical. · Manage your customer opportunities via an online forecast sheet which is reported to your line manager & the Head of End User Sales. · Build new relationships and prospect from customers who buy from the website – this data is tracked via the Web Slae tracker, which you should keep up to date. · Work alongside the Enterprise team so they are aware of any ‘New’ enterprise opportunities so that they can support you from a commercial & technical perspective. Its imperative you continue to keep them up to date. What is expected · Manage the CRM (Netsuite) · Completing business tasks set by your line manager · Have good presentation skills. · Keep the Lead Generation team up to date with and of the leads they send over. · The ability to build relationships and work effectively with a variety of organisations, management levels, cultures, and personalities both internally and externally. · Good commercial ability · If you have insufficient data to contact for prospecting or need assistance with workload, you are expected to speak to your line manager. · For any training gaps, please request this from your line manager for approval. · Work towards achieving set annual sales GP (gross profit) targets. · Strive towards activity KPIs o 5 external phone calls per day. o 40 external emails, per day. o On occasion, your line manager may challenge you on your activity so that they understand your current workload, understand how busy you are and to be sure you have enough to work on.
