* £37,200 OTE per annum (£26,000 basic + £11,200 uncapped commission)

Our client has significant growth plans over the next 4 years and as a result, we are searching for motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their sales team, based in Edinburgh.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK as our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team by identifying and engaging with prospects via cold telephone, LinkedIn and email outreach.
* Identify new leads and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
* Engage with prospects over the telephone, understanding their needs and presenting our client’s products to support their growth plans.
* Work collaboratively with the wider business, including the Account Executives, to ensure appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions on CRM tools (Salesforce & Outreach)
* Working towards daily and monthly key activity metrics and targets.
* Engaging in professional development by learning from the Sales Leadership team to gain selling and influencing skills to contribute towards your ongoing success.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a telephone or customer-facing position (e.g. office, retail, hospitality)
* Previous sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
* A passion for technology/software is highly desired.
* Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently.
* Highly ambitious with a desire to develop your career with a fast-growing industry.
* Strong research skills, allowing you to identify new prospects.
* Willingness to be trained and guided by experienced sales professionals to achieve success.
* Experience of working to set targets and KPI’s would be desirable.
