MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Belfast client. The Company was founded in 2020 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Due to expansion, they are searching for a driven Sales Executive to grow their business.
Role Duties:
1. Communicate with travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel-related businesses to understand client requirements and preferences.
2. Client Coordination
3. Collaborate and design travel packages that meet their needs.
4. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services for clients.
5. Ensure that all bookings adhere to client specifications and budget constraints.
6. Stay updated on travel destinations, particularly those relevant to major sporting events.
7. Maintain accurate records of client bookings and financial transactions.
8. Attend Company Events.
9. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
10. Provide ongoing support to clients during their travels, including assistance with itinerary changes, emergencies, or unforeseen issues.
11. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Essential Criteria:
1. Proven experience as a Travel Trade Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems, travel destinations, and travel regulations.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. High attention to detail and organisational skills.
