We are recruiting for a customer-focused 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. You will be the face of IT, providing responsive, customer-focused assistance. As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in troubleshooting incidents, managing problems, and maintaining accurate records through our Jira Service Desk software. You'll collaborate closely with third-party vendors to ensure top-tier support, and you'll always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our service.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Have excellent internal customer service skills
* Be a team player with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to colleagues of varying IT abilities
* Be able to regularly attend our Horsham based office (approx 4 days per week)
