We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a modern bistro, serving elevated lunch dishes. You will work 5 out of 7 days, with daytime hours and a latest finish of 6:30 pm.
Reporting to the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you will assist in food preparation, ensure quality standards, and help lead the kitchen team. Ideal for a passionate chef looking for a great work-life balance while creating high-quality, modern dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head and Senior Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
2. Assist with menu execution and food preparation
3. Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
4. Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Passion for modern, high-quality cuisine
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
