Job Description Equifind have partnered with a global financial services group to assist them with their search for a Senior HR Generalist to join their London team, based on Oxford Street. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during new system and process rollouts Business partner with stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organisational goals Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members and employees on new systems and processes Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs including coordination and delivery of new hire orientation sessions Develop and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance effectively Conduct and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics Supervise the payroll assistant to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Manage relationships with outsourced providers such as recruitment agencies, background check companies, and benefits providers Handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees What's on offer? A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist role Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet business and client deadlines Intermediate Excel skills (able to use VLOOKUPS and PivotTables) Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at the same time Good organisational and strong administrative skills Essential experience and knowledge of using Advanced MS Office They are a flexible employer and strive to make it a fun and enjoyable place to work.
