Job Description We're currently looking to hire a Salesforce Governance & Training Manager to join Legal and General Retail An exciting position where you'll develop and implement Salesforce governance policies and best practices to optimise Salesforce engagement across the Retail Group You'll develop and deliver training programmes to enhance user adoption, improve system proficiency and facilitate continuous learning among our users What you'll be doing: Developing, documenting & implementing a Governance policy and best practice model to oversee our Salesforce environment ensuring optimal compliance, data integrity and governance practices Collaborating with key stakeholders across Retail to define, enforce, communicate & monitor governance principles and act as key point of contact for all user enquiries related to governance, compliance, best practices and training support Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to Salesforce data usage and conduct regular audits to provide any risk mitigations and recommendations for improvement Designing developing & delivering training programmes for key stakeholders on Salesforce best practices, governance & data management across Retail to ensure we are compliant and optimising functionality and act as key contact for all related queries and training needs Acting as lead communicator for all Salesforce updates and innovations to ensure best practices followed across Retail and features are understood, optimised and rolled out across Retail Monitoring & reporting on Salesforce usage & engagement and compliance with governance standards and use insights to drive continuous improvements to improve our customer engagement Qualifications Who we're looking for: Proven experience with Salesforce system with an Understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities and ecosystem, essential Demonstrate an understanding of change & Project Management processes Experience in training and developing educational material, essential You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You'll be driven, enthusiastic and a good team player Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
